Hotel Le Petit Paris

The location worked well, with a metro station and other amenities close by. We also appreciated the filtered water, coffee and tea, luggage storage, Wi-Fi, elevator, and AC. The hotel was quiet, and we couldn't hear the street or other rooms. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was nice overall, with good shampoo, body wash, and hand soap. The shower tiles need attention, though, and some were missing or coming loose. Conditioner would have been a nice addition. The mini-fridge stopped working during our stay. We had booked partly because we like keeping drinks and breakfast items on hand, and some of our perishable food was lost. Staff told us the fridges no longer worked and would soon be removed from all the rooms, even though the website still listed one as an in-room perk. That left us feeling misled. They offered to replace the food and said we could store things in another fridge, but we'd have to ask staff to retrieve them each time. It was inconvenient, and the response felt like the bare minimum for a hotel calling itself four stars. I don't think it's at four-star level yet. I booked the room myself, using my email and credit card, but all the email messages were addressed to my male partner. It's 2025. They should address the person who made the booking.

The location was the best part. It's close to Luxembourg train station, with great restaurants and one of Paris's best patisserie shops nearby. The streets also felt much less crowded. The finishes were good quality, but the beds were lumpy and hard. My back stayed stiff for three days.

We spent a long weekend here in October, three of us. The location was great, and the staff were really helpful and polite. Free tea and coffee was a nice extra. We'd definitely recommend it.

We landed late, and the staff were still polite and so accommodating. The hotel is tucked away in an extraordinary part of Paris, and it was cozy and quiet. After two weeks of travel, those elevators were a very welcome sight. Great place. Thanks from Texas!
