Hôtel Le Quartier Bercy Square

The price felt fair for the quality. The hotel was decent, with nice service staff, and the rooms, though a bit small, had everything we needed. Being close to the metro made getting around easy. They also kept our bags for us, which was a big plus. I'd recommend it and stay again.

Breakfast was delicious, and with the skylight it felt like we were eating outdoors. We also enjoyed walking around the charming neighborhood, which felt nicer than the tourist areas. We felt special at this small, charming Parisian hotel during our fall stay. Marina welcomed us when we arrived and was very courteous. We changed rooms because we're allergic to carpet, and our new room was upstairs in the back. We had heavy suitcases after a long trip, and Julie kindly helped carry them up. The lobby also offered coffee and tea. Marianne was attentive when I asked for an extra pillow and to extend my stay.

We spent eight days here and had a great experience. Breakfast was included, and the hotel provided amazing service throughout the trip. Our room was clean and comfortable, with Wi-Fi, a thermostat, and a big window. It's within walking distance of the metro, which can take you pretty much anywhere in Paris. The hotel is outside the main tourist areas, and we loved seeing this side of the city. I'd definitely stay here again. Recommended!

The staff were friendly, and there were decent food options nearby. The hotel is generally quiet and well placed in the 12th arrondissement, between metro stations and close to the Gare de Lyon. A market sets up in the street outside during certain times of year. This was my second stay in the 12th arrondissement, and I enjoyed it. I stayed three nights at the start of my Europe trip in September ‘25. The room was small, as expected in Paris, but sufficient. I don't travel thousands of miles to sit in a hotel room. It was mostly clean, though there was something dried on the shower curtain that didn't come off when washed, or perhaps it hadn't been cleaned or changed between guests. The shower was tight. The retrofit bathroom had a floor-to-ceiling glass shower window with a curtain over it. If two people are sharing the room, make sure the curtain is pulled across if someone opens the hotel room door while the other person is showering. It was an interesting feature.
