Le Royal Monceau - Raffles Paris

Of the few Raffles locations I’ve stayed at, this is easily my favorite. The room was so comfortable, and the service was top tier. I spent a rainy day in my room and at the spa and didn’t regret it for a second. Such a beautiful stay, unmatched in Paris 💖

The stay felt elegant and seamless from the moment we arrived at the hotel entrance through check-in. Every team member paid close attention, anticipated what we might need and seemed genuinely invested in making us feel welcome and cared for. They went out of their way to anticipate needs instead of just waiting to respond.

The people here made the trip for us. We only had three nights in Paris, and Karla put together a thoughtful itinerary around the trendy places we like, with meal suggestions and reservations, skip-the-line tours, and even a dinner cruise. Daisuke remembered my name after meeting me once, and everyone at the desk was welcoming from the moment we arrived. Their help made a huge difference, and we’re grateful. Honestly, these are pros at planning a trip. We picked Le Royal Monceau for its modern, playful style, which felt different from the usual luxury hotel look. Our deluxe room was beautiful and spacious, with a walk-in closet and a huge bathroom, including a soaking tub and a shower I already miss. There are mirrors everywhere, so keep that in mind if you don’t like them. The towels were thick and fluffy, slippers waited by the bed, the fruit bowl stayed full, and water appeared at turndown. The room was kept up so well it felt like having a live-in butler. From the sitting area in room 616, we had a lovely nighttime view of the top of the Eiffel Tower. The hotel has so much going on that it almost felt like visiting an art gallery. We can’t wait to return.

We settled into the darker indoor bar, where the seats were wonderfully comfortable, then enjoyed little bites with our aperitif. The Sancerre was a real treat. Service was outstanding, with thoughtful attention to detail. There’s also a lovely terrace bar for good food and a drink in the sunshine. The hotel is one of Paris’s more luxurious options, just a stone’s throw from the Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysées.
