We spent 8 nights at the hotel, and the suite was a good choice. It was roomy, and they even did housekeeping every day, which surprised me. The drapes let it down. They were dirty and stained. The AC was off and set to heat, so we had to open the windows for cool air. The room felt a little warm at first, but cooled off nicely.

The rooms were small, but comfortable enough for a 3-star hotel. It was spotlessly clean, with daily cleaning, and the towels and sheets smelled wonderful. The hotel is centrally located, just a 3-4 minute walk from two different metro stations.

Room 14, The Suite, was unbearable. There was a suffocating mold and damp smell, including behind the sofa. In the bathroom, the so-called “ventilation” was just a big hole in the wall that constantly let in a strong sewage smell. I told reception, and they reacted mockingly, tossing in two air fresheners without offering a real fix. I developed an allergy and caught a cold. The only way I could breathe was to keep the window open, even when it rained. The air-conditioning unit was dirty and didn’t work. The doors were so narrow it was hard to get through with luggage, and mornings were unbearably noisy, with staff slamming doors and making a racket without regard for guests. The woman at reception was aggressive, followed guests around, and spoke as though you were bothering her just by being there. It showed a total lack of professionalism and basic decency. I stayed for six days, and it was a nightmare. Without exaggerating, it was the worst choice I’ve ever made. The low price wasn’t a bargain, and the online pictures were completely misleading. The hotel only looks good in photos. In reality it’s run-down, poorly maintained, and has serious hygiene problems. Avoid it at all costs, don’t be fooled by the pictures or online listings.

The area was totally fine for a long weekend, with restaurants and bars everywhere, and we could easily walk wherever we wanted. The room was pretty good too, though the bathroom was quite dark. The downside was the reception staff, who were super unfriendly. They seemed unhappy whenever people came in to check in.
