Les Jardins Du Faubourg Hotel & Spa by Shiseido

We were in Paris for Paris Photo at the Grand Palais, and this small, stylish hotel was perfectly placed. Carl at the front desk made us feel welcome from check-in through checkout, and gave us great tips for restaurants and things to do nearby. We loved our beautifully designed room, especially the bathtub and private steam room. After long days out, the pool and sauna downstairs were fantastic. Breakfast was another highlight, with fresh fruit, yogurt, cheeses, and delicious dishes made to order in a cozy dining room. Anaïs greeted us each morning with a smile and hot coffee. It was well worth the cost, and we’ll absolutely return.

We stayed about 10 nights and the cozy hotel really felt like home. The location is great, in a very safe neighborhood. Special thanks to Gulliame, who kept sorting out any little issues and made the stay unforgettable.

It was one of my happiest trips to Paris. The room was quite nice and the service was excellent. Thanks so much to all the staff for their hospitality. They made a fuss of me for my birthday, and I really appreciated the attention. I definitely want to come back!

For what it costs, I found it quite disappointing. The rooms are on the small side, and the hotel as a whole doesn’t feel five-star. Breakfast also had the worst coffee I had in Paris.
