Hotel Liège Strasbourg

We picked this hotel for its price and location. The standard was okay, and the elevator was the smallest I’ve ever been in. Cleaning could be better, especially in the bathroom. Breakfast was also okay, but there was very little to choose from. All in all, an okay hotel.

Gare l'est is just a short walk away. Our room was small but clean, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. We had a good time here. Merci beaucoup!

The hotel is close to two metro stations, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was very clean and had good facilities. It was a wonderful stay and great value for the price.

The staff were really friendly, and service was no problem. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from Gare L’Est, and there’s a small elevator, which is better than nothing in an old building. My single room had a double bed and a window facing a wall. It was very basic, with no special amenities, and the temperature couldn’t be adjusted. The walls were so thin I could clearly hear other guests talking. The area felt lively in the evening, despite what people say about it feeling unsafe. The shower was tiny and drained poorly. I kept hitting the handle and changing the temperature by accident, and I can’t imagine someone bigger than me finding it comfortable. I also found bites on my foot while sitting on the bed organizing my things. I wore socks and long clothes to bed after that. I’m sure it happened at this hotel, not another place I stayed, and I think there may be bed bugs. The hotel was fully booked the night I was there, so asking for another room wasn’t an option. You get what you pay for, but I wouldn’t stay longer than one night.
