Just a few steps from Montparnasse station, the location is handy. But the apartment was on the first floor, directly above a restaurant kitchen, and wasn't well soundproofed. Light from the windows and noise could be a problem, so I wouldn't recommend it if you're sensitive to either. It's equipped, but despite being listed as 'business', it had no coffee, tea or infusions, or shampoo, basics I expected. Smoking is prohibited, yet smoke comes in from other apartments or the ground floor, which feels inconsistent. I won't be back.
