I've never stayed in an apartment managed by this agency, because they canceled my reservation just a few days before I was due to arrive, during a busy period, after I'd paid for the whole stay. I couldn't find anything else at the same price and ended up paying double. The refund came several days later, so I temporarily paid twice for the same stay. Especially frustrating since the apartment was available again the next day. Completely disreputable behavior, with zero seriousness!

There was no ventilation, the heaters were really dirty, and check-in was awful. I definitely don't recommend it.
