The rooms were 8/10, and the staff were friendly in person. They let us check in three hours early and check out 1.5 hours late. If the earlier problem hadn’t happened, this would have been a five-star stay. We were excited to stay here, but my wife became ill and we tried to cancel four days ahead. My first call was answered only by security because of the time difference, and I had to call back later. When I did, the property refused a refund and wouldn’t let me speak to a manager. I felt that charging us for the first night and returning the rest would have been reasonable. I run a business too and know things happen, and wasn’t trying to take advantage. The lack of compassion and refusal to escalate the issue felt extremely unprofessional and disappointing. We planned to reschedule our Paris trip and weren’t going to book here again. EDIT: My wife felt better, so we did make the trip after all. I wanted to add this update to be as fair as possible.

The whole team made our stay feel special, and we’re grateful for that. It’s rare to find this level of service with so much warmth and authenticity. We’d gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone wanting a memorable five-star experience.

About a week after I checked out, I found attempts to use both of my credit cards. One of those cards had been sitting unused for almost a year and I’d only kept it in my room, so I’m certain the cleaning staff took pictures of them. Be very careful with your card information during a stay here.

The flat was beautifully decorated, and the staff were really dedicated to guests and accommodating with our needs. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely come back.

I felt unsafe after some of my personal belongings went missing from my room, including my DIOR NEW BAG AND THE BOX. I told reception before checking out, and they said they’d review the cameras, but I never heard back. I strongly suspect the cleaning staff. They also aren’t responding to emails.
