We had a wonderful breakfast every day, with bread and pastries from a real 'boulanger'. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. Claire Lavaud's service was impeccable. Maison Lavaud is near porte d'Orlean metro station on the M4 line, so it’s easy to reach the main tourist areas of Paris without changing lines. We’ll definitely book again next time and look forward to seeing Claire. 100/100.

As a family of four, we had plenty of room at La Maison Lavaud. The apartment was well appointed, and we especially liked the breakfasts, board games, and comfy beds. Claire was available and very helpful whenever we needed her, which we really appreciated. We’ll come back if we’re in Paris again.

The outdoor hot tub and games room, with board games and a pool table, made the stay even better than we’d hoped. The place was clean, tidy, and very spacious, and our host, Grégoire, was friendly and easy to reach if we needed anything. For a spot in Paris proper, rather than the close suburbs, the price was really fair compared with the other resort I checked. 10/10, would come back!

The hosts were helpful, easy to reach, and ready with assistance or information. The accommodation was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a jacuzzi, sauna, and sound system. A great place to stay in Paris.

We felt comfortable from the moment we arrived for our holiday with friends at the end of 2025. The accommodation had everything we needed, and the thoughtful details, even a Christmas tree, made it feel like someone had really considered how to make guests feel at home. Claire was excellent to communicate with. A perfect stay!
