Maison Villeroy

Maison Villeroy feels intimate, almost like staying in someone’s home. The location is ideal for exploring the city and doing high-end shopping. Staff went out of their way to make us comfortable, and we loved the breakfast each morning. We also had an amazing dinner at their wine bar, Grappille. I can’t recommend it enough!

The only suggestion I have is to give room service more variety, perhaps with a standard chicken or steak option. The menu was quite limited. Apart from that, the hotel was beautiful, personal, and excellent. The room was comfortable and well stocked, and all the staff knew who I was even when I’d only just met them. I felt really special. 6/5 stars, and I can’t wait to come back. Thanks for a great trip!

The little things made a big difference for me. The beds used luxury mattresses, pillows, duvets, and linens, and we slept so soundly. Everything was spotless: the sheets, sofa cover, and cushions, and the towels and duvet were fluffy, snow white, and smelled very clean. The housekeeping team deserves full marks. Those details made me feel safe, almost at home. I loved the design and interior too. You can tell Maison Villeroy was carefully rebuilt from a grand historic mansion, with a lot of taste and effort. The service team were lovely, sending greetings each day, writing thoughtful cards, and bringing desserts to our room. We spent Christmas 2023 here, and the guest room quality, service, location, and facilities all made for a great experience. It really is a hidden gem in a busy town. My husband proposed to me here, so Maison Villeroy is especially meaningful to me. I hope to return. ❤️

Charlotte, Director of Guest Relations at Maison Villeroy, just called to follow up on our visit, and we had such a lovely conversation. Thank you for the kind call and the very professional, thoughtful customer service. The building is elegant and beautiful, and has been completely restored. We look forward to coming back soon.
