The queen bed in the bedroom was comfortable enough for me and two kids, but my husband had to sleep on the sofa, which wouldn’t fold out. This was advertised as a place for four, and the sofa bed was broken, uncomfortable, and had dirty sheets. The apartment itself matched the photos, and our family unit (32) had a lift up to the third floor, which helped with the luggage. The location is hard to beat. The mini fridge and induction stove worked well, and the bathroom and shower were clean. But the shower gel was empty, smelled awful, and seemed not to have been cleaned in a while. We were there five nights and got only three small toilet rolls, so you might need to buy more. A holder for the toilet paper, towel hooks, and a shower caddy would help too. There’s a washer but nowhere to dry clothes, though there’s a laundromat in the next building, less than 100 feet away. The A/C was placed oddly and didn’t cool the bedroom. Moving it to the hallway outside the bedroom could fix that. Most of our problems came down to poor maintenance and housekeeping. With better housekeeping, this could’ve been a five-star find.

The location made it easy to walk around and visit places. The room was fully furnished and equipped, but there was mould in the bathroom corners. It was bad enough that I got sick. There was no room service, and I was only told that when I received the room.

My reservation was cancelled for no reason, just six days before I was due to arrive. I can’t recommend this place.

The beds were comfortable, and everything was clean. The location was excellent.
