Mercure Paris Opera Grands Boulevards

For a business trip to Paris, this was a very pleasant place to stay. The breakfast had a good range and was very good, and I liked the record player in the room. It was a thoughtful, unusual touch that added to the atmosphere. The rooms and corridors are a bit small, which seems typical for central Paris. The location is excellent, with almost everything walkable, and all the staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful. Habib and Andrey gave me especially good support and made me feel welcome. I'd definitely stay here again.

The cleaning team were friendly and hardworking, and everything was spotless. The reception staff were just as good, helping us with directions and restaurant bookings for places they recommended. They were the friendliest, most helpful hotel staff we've met, and made our time in Paris really memorable. This hotel is lucky to have such professional people.

We spent a lovely weekend here with our family and dog. The room was new and, most importantly, really clean. Everyone was welcoming and nice, especially the cheerful breakfast staff and the concierge team, who were available and helpful day and night. Breakfast was very good, with tasty local products. The hotel also has a fun jazz theme, which was a nice extra. It’s in an excellent spot with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. If we come back to Paris, we'd definitely stay here again.

The staff were all really friendly, and breakfast was a pleasant part of the stay. The room was okay and had a nice view, though the cleaning could have been more thorough around the corners and little details. The location was fine, about an 8-minute walk to metro lines 7, 4, and 9.
