The staff were the highlight of our stay at Hotel Lyrics. They were so friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself was clean, modern, and well cared for. There were plenty of good cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood, so we skipped breakfast at the hotel. The metro was close too, which made it easy to get around Paris. We also enjoyed the sauna and steam room, though we wished the pool and wellness area were a few degrees warmer. They didn’t have the cozy spa feeling we’d hoped for, and that space could be better. Still, we had a lovely stay and would recommend it for the service and location.

The location made it easy to walk to the Louvre, Galleries Lafayette, restaurants, and great bakeries. My daughter and I had a spectacular six-day stay in Paris. The staff were warm and really helpful, going out of their way twice when we needed things for the room. The rooms aren’t huge, which is typical for Paris, but ours was comfortable and clean. I’d definitely stay here again.

The gym was a letdown, with only three machines available, and noise made it hard to rest. The reception area was often loud, and the cleaning staff started making a lot of noise early in the morning. On top of that, receptionist Louis was rude and unprofessional with guests, which made for an unpleasant first impression. Given the staff attitude, noise, and limited facilities, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless things improve.

We had a beautiful, spacious room with a nice bathroom, and the hotel is in a lovely spot, close to lots of places to eat and within walking distance of the Louvre. Breakfast was decent, and the receptionists were polite. There was a brief mix-up with the amount charged when we arrived, but they handled the refund properly. We did get stuck in the elevator for a short time when it was acting up that day. I’d still recommend the hotel.
