Le Grand Hotel Cayre

The neighborhood was quiet and clean, and we had a lovely time wandering around to the nearby cafés, restaurants, and shops. Our room on the fifth floor had a balcony and a city view, with even a little glimpse of the Eiffel Tower. It was cozy and nicely decorated. Breakfast was delicious, and the waiters were warm and welcoming. Such a charming, intimate hotel, with French character and friendly service. I’d happily come back.

The metro is right across the street, and while we could faintly hear it beneath the hotel from our sixth-floor room, it never bothered us. It was almost a nice reminder that we were in Paris. We loved the quiet room overlooking the courtyard, the lovely bathroom, and how spotless and welcoming everything felt. The hotel looked even better than its photos. Breakfast was tasty, the staff there were so engaging and kind, and we liked stopping at the little bar for a drink at night. We’d definitely stay again.

Our dog was looked after so thoughtfully, with a bed and bowls for food and water ready for them. The rooms were spacious and practical, and the interior was beautiful. The whole team made us feel welcome. We also really enjoyed the restaurant, especially the French fries, which were divine. And the Le Labo toiletries throughout the hotel were such a classy little touch. We’ll be back!

The housekeeping really stood out during my five-night stay. Every evening I came back to a spotless room, neatly refreshed and stocked with bottled water. Everything was clean and in its place, which made it especially comfortable. The Metro station is only steps away, so getting to work each day was easy. I had a wonderful experience here.
