The people here made a big difference. Mr. Nourďine was warm, caring, and really dedicated, and Hamza was kind and professional too. Without Mr. Nourďine, I feel the hotel would struggle to deserve more than one star. His service is a big reason it deserves far more. The location has its problems: the hotel is directly above a busy metro station, and some guests play and make noise late at night. Even so, the service deserves recognition.

I had to rush and couldn't fit in breakfast, so the staff kindly offered me a coffee instead. My room was very clean, and they were quick to respond to all my emails.

We arrived on Thursday night and moved to another hotel the next morning. The place felt run down, almost abandoned, and nothing like the photos. Everything seemed dirty or broken: the window was broken, the room was freezing, the bathroom was extremely dirty with stains, mold, and hair, and the furniture and floors were damaged. There was hair and staining on all kinds of surfaces. I'm waiting for a refund through the third-party booking site now. I'm ready to sue everyone involved in this scam.

The location was great, close to both the metro and bus station. Hamza at reception was really helpful. Thanks, and keep up the good work 🙌🏻

The ceiling is pretty low, around 2.2 meters. The rooms also look a bit old and don't match the photos.
