We stayed in the basement, below street level, and the room was cold and uncomfortable. The door let in such a strong draft that I almost froze, and there weren’t enough blankets. When we lowered the window shade, it was full of mold. I got very sick from it, and it ruined the rest of my trip. We stayed out as long as we could each day to avoid being in the apartment. There wasn’t enough toilet paper for two people, so we had to buy more, and we also purchased cleaning supplies because none were provided to clean the bathroom as we went. The steps to the apartment were slippery and poorly lit, with no outside light to help us get in at night, though other apartments had lights. You wait a long time for someone to show up and let you in. My sister contacted the owner and got no response. For what we paid, it wasn’t worth it. We should have taken pictures.

Our stay was cancelled by this company a day before we were due to arrive, even though we had booked weeks in advance through Airbnb. When we asked why, they didn’t reply. We called the number on their website, and a man said he only handed out the keys and told us to email, but that email never got a response either. We had to find somewhere else at the last minute. Completely unreliable service and a terrible experience. I don’t recommend them.

The apartment was just as described, and the host was super friendly, with lots of local tips about the neighborhood. We had a great stay in Paris, and I’d definitely recommend it 👍

Everything is close by, which is really convenient. The apartment itself is nice, but poorly maintained and didn’t feel properly cleaned. I couldn’t use the kitchen because it was covered in disgusting grease.

The staff are welcoming and friendly, and the value for money is excellent. This superb aparthotel is in Montmartre near the Moulin Rouge, with Blanche metro station a short walk away. There’s private parking for guests arriving by car, about a 5-minute walk from the property. I highly recommend it!
