Moxy Paris Bastille

Tatiana made our mornings, she was fun, engaging, and above all so helpful. She made us feel like old friends every day. We’re having the best time at the Moxy, and our room stays impeccable thanks to the housekeeping team. Breakfast is amazing, with lots of tasty options, especially the bacon and croissants.

We got in around 9:30 after taking a morning train, much earlier than expected, but the staff kindly let us check in straight away. Our room was in an outside part of the hotel and a little tricky to find from inside, though I actually thought that was pretty cool. It was clean and had hot water. Breakfast was delicious, and it was easy to get to the tourist spots from here. They also have complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate and other drinks available freely. The staff were friendly, and we were really happy with the stay.

The location makes it very easy to get around, and the reception staff are friendly. The room’s a little small, but it was very clean. You can help yourself to coffee downstairs whenever you like. I thought it was great value and would definitely recommend it.

Rola was the highlight of our stay at Moxy Barcelona. She patiently and kindly helped us change rooms, then suggested plenty of good local restaurants and attractions that made the trip even more enjoyable. The service felt warm and professional, and we were very comfortable throughout. As a Marriott Bonvoy Titanium member, I found the hotel’s service outstanding. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Barcelona.
