My Maison In Paris - Louvre

The apartment was a pleasure to stay in, and we’d happily come back. Its location made exploring Paris on foot easy, and the service was well organized. Breakfast arrived on time, the pastries were fresh and delicious, and the extra cake we ordered looked lovely and was gone the same day. The housekeeping service was efficient too. We did have a couple of small issues. We couldn’t connect Netflix or other streaming apps to the TV, and most channels were in French, aside from the English-language news. Streaming access would be useful for international visitors. Also, the ensuite in the main bedroom picked up noticeable party noise from outside at night. The other room was quiet, and the noise didn’t spoil our trip, but it’s something guests in the main room may want to know.

My mum and I came to Paris together for the first time, just the two of us, and we’d been a little worried about safety. The hotel is in a nice neighborhood with plenty of cafes and restaurants, and we felt comfortable. The Louvre was only a few minutes away on foot, so we visited twice. We loved all the little corners of our flat. It was cute and cozy, with so many appliances that we were impressed. The service was excellent, and getting in touch with the team was easy. I’d highly recommend it.

If we come back to Paris, this will be the first place we try to book. It’s clean, has a cool design, and the extra space, including a comfortable pullout sofa for the kids, made it a better fit and better value for us than a typical downtown hotel. The neighborhood and transport guide in the room was useful, and they had thought of practical extras like arranging an airport cab, toiletries, laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent. We also appreciated being able to leave our luggage in a locked, self-service room before check-in and after checkout. That made the service better for us than Airbnb or vrbo.

This is my favorite hotel in all Paris, even though I’m currently an embasador in Marriot hotels and find it hard to stay outside the bonvoy program. I’ve visited Paris several times, and I keep coming back to this as my spot. The rooms are spacious, and the location is great if you want that Paris feeling, with lots of excellent restaurants within walking distance and the metro/small nearby. Check-in and checkout were easy and contactless. It’s great for families and highly recommended.
