We especially appreciated Caroline’s wonderful hospitality. She accommodated our early check-in, had all the towels ready, and made up the sofa bed for our third guest. The apartment was spotless, felt new, and had everything we needed, including the option to make a quick meal. It was quiet inside despite the busy street, thanks to excellent soundproofing. The location made it easy to get around on foot and by public transport. The metro is a two-minute walk away, buses stop nearby, and the Louvre is about 12-15 minutes away on foot. The street has plenty of restaurants, cafés, bars and grocery shops. French Bastards, an amazing bakery with delicious fresh pastries, is right across the street. We were delighted with our stay, would love to return, and will recommend these apartments to friends.

We were a family of four in the cozy sixth-floor suite for three nights. It was small, but very functional, quiet, and had good amenities. The updated furniture, clean modern room, and well-kept common areas all worked well for us. The location is fantastic, and the hotel was organized and supportive, with good communication before and during our stay. We’d absolutely return. The one frustration was the hot water. During peak morning and evening times, we had none, so after three days without a hot shower or hot water for dishes, it got annoying, especially in winter. Everything else was literally perfect.

The location was excellent, with several metro stations close by and the Louvre Museum, Opera House and other attractions within walking distance. Everything you need is nearby. It was a wonderful stay in a beautiful hotel that felt new, clean and very well organized. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and professional. I highly recommend it and would stay again.

The room was spotless, the staff were lovely, and the location was better than I expected. They even left us a handwritten Happy Birthday card in the room since it was my birthday. Such a nice place for a Paris trip. I’d happily stay again.

Check-in was easy, with clear and accurate communication. The apartment had a beautifully updated room and a top-notch laundry setup with a washer, dryer, and steamer. It felt like a great mix of a high-end hotel and an Airbnb, with restaurants nearby, major sights a short walk away, and the metro easy to reach. I absolutely loved staying here.
