Right in the heart of the city, and with checkout until noon, this hotel made our Paris stay so easy. They also store luggage free before check-in and after checkout. The breakfast was another big plus: lots of variety, and it was delicious. We went down around 11, with service running until 12 PM, and there was still plenty left, unlike at some other hotels where the food is nearly gone by then. My boyfriend and I have been to Paris more than ten times, and this is now my favourite hotel there. The place is beautiful, the bed incredibly comfortable, and breakfast is well worth recommending. The restaurant staff member was kind and attentive, and everyone else deserves a 10/10 too. Román at reception was especially friendly. When he learned we were from Barcelona, he started speaking Spanish. We had a lovely time and will be back. Highly recommend it! Pol and Marta

Though the location is good, the service was poor and we felt little concern for guests' well-being. They had people staying on a floor that was under construction, then didn't follow through on compensation promised after I raised it in person at reception.

The room was spot on, and the room service was too. A really lovely experience in a beautiful, chic hotel with a distinctly French style. Five stars.

We really enjoyed staying here. Breakfast had plenty of choice, both hot and cold, and the staff were friendly. They spoke English for anyone who needed it. A perfect base for heading out to explore Paris.

We liked the room, but the door lock didn't work. When we asked for a technician, the staff tried to persuade us that locking the door wasn't important and that we should just sleep without it. The elevators were open to anyone too, with no hotel card needed, so even non-guests could get into the building. That left us feeling the hotel wasn't secure.
