My wife and I didn’t feel secure here, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. We were put in a family room linking rooms 714 and 715, despite being only two adults. The guests in 715 could open our door with their key card, and they did. Reception cancelled one of the cards after we raised it, but both rooms used the same system. Cancelling either card meant cancelling the other, so ours kept becoming inactive. We had to go back to reception at least three times to get it turned on again. It was frustrating and very inconvenient. Housekeeping also came into our room while the “Do Not Disturb” sign was on the door, and reception didn’t handle the matter professionally. We didn’t feel safe leaving valuables in the room. This is a serious security concern. Please avoid!

We got upgraded to a suite with a balcony and a lovely view, which was a great surprise. The hotel was very clean, including the rooms, and the staff were friendly, polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. It’s right in front of the train station, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. One of the best hotels in Paris. I’d recommend it and would stay again on a future trip.

Being right across from Gare de l’Est made the airport trip the next morning so easy. This was our last night of a two week trip around France, after a long train ride from Nice, and it was a lovely end to our honeymoon. The reception team were fantastic and surprised us with an upgrade to the Suite Corner room. It was spacious, with a comfortable living area, a cozy bed, and a modern bathroom that felt relaxing. A really thoughtful finish to the trip! :D

Asher at the front desk was outstanding, and the whole team provided amazing service. After checkout, my son realized he’d left his jacket behind. The staff quickly and efficiently arranged to send it back to us in the US. There’s a metro stop right outside, the train station is across the street, and several cafes and restaurants are nearby. We loved staying here and highly recommend it.

The room was great, the food was lovely, and the location was fantastic. I stayed for a week in November/December and had a great experience. Everyone was wonderful, from the man who checked me in and explained all the details to the breakfast attendants, who greeted people with a smile. They even gave me an extra apple when I was a little late to breakfast. Housekeeping also left my room impeccably neat and cozy each evening.
