I booked two rooms for five nights, but Accor Management would not let me change the order at all, and I ended up booking twice. The hotel staff couldn’t help with the change, and I wasn’t given any rights, whatever reason they came up with. The new booking couldn’t be put in another person’s name either. It felt like the hotel wanted to keep the money without letting me change the name, even if I couldn’t stay. This was the worst service I’ve had anywhere in the Accor Network, very inhumane and intolerant, and frankly embarrassing. They need to learn hotel ethics. I hope this doesn’t happen to other prospective guests. The Accor hotel chain should guarantee quality, not impose rules this unhelpful and embarrassing.

For all three days I was there, breakfast was exactly the same every morning. Then, at checkout, I lost my umbrella and told the staff right away. Both management and reception simply said, “we don’t know,” and refused to take responsibility. That careless, dismissive response says a lot about their professionalism and commitment to guest service.

The food choices were very limited for vegans and vegetarians, so if you’re either, I’d avoid this hotel. I also had a really bad experience on my last morning after staying there for 12 days. I left my table to get more breakfast, and another guest put his things on my chair while I was away. I hadn’t noticed them when I came back and sat down again. He came over threatening me in his native language, said he was a boxer, and threatened to meet me outside for a fight. I asked staff to explain that I’d been at the table before getting more food, but they didn’t understand English and told me to move, even though they’d seen me sitting there earlier. Eventually they found someone who understood English. She listened to his side but not mine, and asked me to move tables. I tried to explain, stopping in between, but even after hearing me she still wanted me to move. I refused. In the end, she asked him to move instead, but he kept threatening to fight me outside and said I should leave a place I’d paid for. It shocked me to see how I was treated as someone who isn’t French. I’ve been to other countries and never had an experience this bad. I wouldn’t stay here again. Although the hotel claims the staff speak English, most of them didn’t understand it, which made it hard to communicate as someone who doesn’t know French.

Only real downside was breakfast, where there wasn’t much choice. I stayed in a queen room last week, and it was spacious and clean, with air conditioning, free WiFi, and a mini fridge. The staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a 10-minute walk to the metro, which takes you to central spots like the Eiffel Tower and Louvre.

There was no air conditioning anywhere in the hotel during a heatwave, and the heat in the room made my young son’s nose bleed. I stayed June 21-24, 2025, as a Gold member. No duty manager was there, and nobody offered a solution. The front desk staff seemed not to care and kept checking in guests despite knowing about the problem. Hotel management never responded. This was completely unacceptable and unsafe, especially for families. I’d strongly advise travelers to avoid the place. There were no basic services and no sense of responsibility.
