Novotel Paris Centre Bercy

We were visiting for my daughter’s birthday and a concert at the arena next door. The hotel was perfectly placed beside the train station, local shops, and food outlets. I’d booked a double room for the two of us, but they kindly upgraded us to two double beds. They also decorated the room with balloons, left her a lovely birthday note, and gave her several birthday gifts. The whole hotel was spotless, and breakfast the next morning was wonderful, with an amazing choice of food and drinks.

The metro is right outside, so it’s easy to get into and out of the centre. Our room looked over Accor Arena, and there was a music event on two of our three nights, but it didn’t disturb our sleep at all. The room was what we expected from Novotel, and after a day of travelling, the special attention they gave to the reason for our trip felt really welcoming. The bed was made every day. We’d stay again without hesitation.

The breakfast was a real highlight, with crepes, croissants, fresh bread, several kinds of eggs, and plenty more. We stayed at The Novotel Bercy for a week, and the rooms were comfortable; even the shower products and the scents around the hotel were lovely. After our overnight flight, our group of about 25 arrived tired and frustrated, well before rooms were ready around 3 PM. Kessy was gracious with us in the lobby and did what she could to get people settled as rooms opened up. I’d come back.

The bedroom was spacious, clean, and lovely, and the food was very nice. We felt welcome from the start thanks to the friendly staff. The metro right outside made getting around easy. We stayed three nights and would recommend it.
