This was our second stay, and we’re extremely happy with the hotel. The rooms are immaculate and cleaned each day, the food is wonderful, and the location is convenient. The staff have been so helpful arranging things like taxis. Beautiful hotel, A+ in everything they do. I highly recommend it.

We unexpectedly got a room upgrade, which was the cherry on top of a weekend when we got engaged in Paris. The hotel made an already special trip even better, and we’d happily stay again. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location is brilliant, just a minute’s walk from the Metro. Thank you for helping us have such a great weekend.

We first stayed at Hotel Observatorie Luxembourg several years ago when we celebrated my birthday in Paris, and the experience was absolutely perfect. We’ll be back again this year and are looking forward to it. It’s reassuring that the hotel still focuses on its customers. Making reservations and discussing our requests have been so easy. We really appreciate that and can’t wait to visit again.

The café downstairs has a lovely outdoor seating area, perfect for a coffee or cocktail, and there’s a stunning park nearby. The hotel is within walking distance of many historic sights and restaurants. It’s gorgeous and very quiet, with comfortable beds. The staff were courteous and attentive.

The area felt like a real neighborhood, and Jardin du Luxembourg was close by, so it was lovely for walking. My room faced the gardens, was completely quiet, and had really nice bedding, though it was small by American standards. The rooms are tastefully furnished. Service was a big part of what made the hotel so good: Milano in the cafe always greeted our crew with a bright smile and stayed past closing to help us when we arrived late. Someone at the front desk also worked tirelessly to find recommendations for us.
