OKKO Hotels Paris Gare de l'Est

The rooms are good, though the part of town feels a bit iffy. In the end, what matters is how people treat you, and the reception staff were nice. Our waiter John / Jonathan was more service-oriented than anyone you might expect to meet at a capital hotel next to a railway station. He turned an otherwise empty bar into a genuinely welcoming place. The food and wine were great too!

We had an amazing stay, and the service couldn't have made us happier. The team took care of all my wishes and even went out of their way to help organize a special surprise for my Bestfriend. It meant a lot to us. The team is young, super cool, and brings a fresh, modern feel to the hotel. You can really sense the positive energy. I'd recommend this place to everyone without hesitation. The staff were so kind and helpful, and we had a really comfortable stay. Our room was clean, and the hotel clearly puts a lot of thought into sustainability. There’s filtered water on every floor, plus free tea and snacks all day, and guests can use the co-working space at no charge. It’s also an ideal spot for catching a train, right by Gare de l'Est and very close to Gare du Nord. We’d happily recommend it.

Brandon and his team made breakfast feel especially welcoming every morning, and the food selection was generous. I stayed five nights for a business trip and found the room clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed. Everyone on staff was friendly and very accommodating.
