The hotel was beautiful and comfortable, with stylish rooms that were spacious, clean, and well kept. I also liked the daytime location: there’s a bus stop right outside and the metro is about a 10-minute walk away. At night, though, I wouldn’t have felt comfortable walking to it. Check-in made me uneasy. Even though I’d paid in advance, I was asked for my full credit card details, including the three-digit security code. That didn’t feel appropriate. I also mentioned that we weren’t having breakfast because we planned to eat elsewhere, but still got a detailed explanation of the hours and location, which seemed unnecessary.

The staff, food, and service were all spectacular, and everyone made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Lovely people, great facilities, and one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in!

The hotel was excellent, even though the surrounding area didn’t feel very secure. Staff were warm, attentive, and quick to respond, especially the women at reception and the lounge bar counter, who were wonderful. The amenities are simple but practical, and having lounge drinks and water dispensers on every floor was handy. The water tasted better than bottled mineral water from the nearby supermarket, so bring a reusable bottle. Rooms near the railway may be noisy if you’re a light sleeper. I’d ask for a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower and Sacré-Cœur. We had a wonderful stay in August.

On my second stay, the rooms, service, and people were just as great as before. Everything was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast and snacks were satisfying. Looking forward to coming back.
