We booked through booking.com, and the management company was great to deal with and very responsive. The apartment was clean, practical, and in a superb location, with bakeries and restaurants nearby, close to Opera Garnier and not far from other famous sights. The only things I'd improve are the wifi speed and adding insect screens to the windows.

We stayed for six days, two adults and two older kids, and were very happy with this compact, convenient apartment. It was clean, functional, and well equipped. Nice restaurants are in the area, and all the main tourist attractions are within walking distance.

It's quiet at night, with metro stops nearby. Great place and a great location.

The location was good, with everything close by and a good restaurant right outside the building. The apartment itself was okay, though several things bothered me. There was mold in the shower, the windows were extremely dirty, and the refrigerator door wouldn't close properly, as if it were broken. The living room sofa was incredibly uncomfortable, and the chandelier lights there stayed on constantly. We had to unscrew the bulbs to sleep.

The heating worked very well, and it's easy to get to restaurants and supermarkets. There are plenty of interesting places nearby, plus convenient transport with the metro and major avenues close by. The bathroom needs a proper repair, and a washer-dryer is missing. This was our second time renting the same apartment. The price is a little high for the overall quality, but the service from Paristay is very polite and effective. We'd come back, even knowing its limitations.
