The staff were kind, attentive, and helpful throughout, and the hotel was comfortable, beautifully maintained, and well placed for exploring the city. We really appreciated the complimentary room upgrade and the late checkout, which gave us a relaxed final morning in Paris. It made the trip feel that bit more special. One small suggestion: it would be nice if the TV had streaming options like Netflix and more international channels. Not a complaint, just room for improvement. Thank you for making our stay memorable. We’d happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting Paris.

June 2026 I stayed here 23 years ago and made a point of booking Hotel Louse Saint Honore again. The beautiful upgrades and the unbeatable location near the Louvre and Notre-Dame made it a memorable return. Thank you for our stay.

The location is a real plus, only minutes from the Louvre, several train stops, and Notre Dame. Sari at the front desk was a great help, and the service has been excellent. The room needs some attention, especially the bathroom, and there were a few stains on the carpet. Even so, I’d definitely stay here again.

We stayed four nights in April 2026. The first part went well, but after two nights the toilet overflowed and flooded our bathroom. Staff said maintenance wasn’t available and moved us to another room. They called it an upgrade but didn’t mention any extra cost. We had to carry all our luggage ourselves, and the new room was barely different from the first. After checkout, I found I’d been charged significantly more than my original booking. I only learned about the extra charge when I asked for the invoice. I showed evidence of the booking price, but the hotel refused to refund the difference and eventually stopped answering my emails. Communication and customer service were poor, and this was an unacceptable way to deal with a problem caused by the hotel. I wouldn’t stay here again and advise others to be cautious. The superior room we were charged extra for was only slightly bigger, with steps at the front door. That was the only difference we noticed. I strongly advise against booking here. Stay away. They were rude and might take your money like they did mine.
