We stayed in a deluxe double and loved the spacious room, comfortable large bed, and friendly service. It was spotless, stylish, and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The hotel feels freshly renovated. Its spacious, modern chic lobby has a funky bar and restaurant, and the glass small elevators look very cool. There are several elevators, both large and small. The brand new gym is open 24 hours and, though small, has everything you need. The location is amazing, in a high class neighbourhood and just a 10 minute walk to the Arc and the Champs Elysees. There are lovely cafes and restaurants and a couple of supermarkets within a few minutes’ walk. I’ve been to Paris several times, and this room was extremely spacious by Paris standards. I genuinely don’t understand reviews that give this hotel fewer than 4 stars. It’s a hidden gem and a great choice if you want a centrally located, stylish modern boutique hotel with spacious rooms. I’d say it suits couples or friends travelling together more than families with children.

The only thing going for this hotel is its location. There are far better places in the area, and after our two-night stay in December, I wouldn’t recommend it based on this experience. The bathroom door in our room wouldn’t close or lock, leaving my partner and me with no privacy on a romantic trip. It made the stay uncomfortable and embarrassing. When I reported the problem, I was told nothing could be done. It wasn’t fixed until the next morning, after all the awkwardness had already happened. The offered compensation was to remove a €25 meal from a booking worth over €400. Given the discomfort and the room’s lack of basic functionality, that felt insulting. The whole stay was a huge disappointment. Without the location, my rating would have been 0 stars.

Our suite was room 704, and it was so quiet, especially considering we were in the 8th Arr. The room was very spacious, with two balconies and a large bathroom that had both a bathtub and a shower. The hotel was just what we needed and every bit as good as it looked in the pictures. Its common areas are spacious, beautifully designed, calm, and family friendly. We tried the excellent margherita pinsa at the restaurant. The kids were thrilled to get Halloween treats.

I’ve stayed here several times. The place is cozy, the staff are friendly, and the beds are incredible. I do wish they’d stock the mini fridge with food and drinks, though. It’s nice to have a snack handy without having to order from a menu.

We could walk everywhere from this hotel, right in the heart of everything, and the location was very good. What stood out most was the service: every staff member was kind and attentive. I absolutely loved my stay and highly recommend it.
