Princesse Caroline

It was spotless and really quiet, and the room was the biggest we've seen in Europe so far. The staff made check-in easy and helped us find a place for our bags. If you want somewhere that isn't a standard tourist trap, please stay here!

Getting around from this location was easy, which was a real plus. The service, though, was uneven, and breakfast choices were limited. Some front desk staff were friendly and others weren't, and having to hand over the room key whenever we went out gave the place a strange feel. Housekeeping never cleaned the room or changed the towels, even though we followed the signs about where to leave them. We had to ask at the desk. When we asked only for fresh towels, they still refused because we hadn't asked that morning. That was frustrating, and the stay didn't feel very comfortable.

The concierges were attentive, and breakfast was simple but good. Our room was clean and spacious, with a firm bed. The hotel is in a fantastic spot, just a two-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe. I'd definitely recommend it!

The rooms stayed cool with the Aircon, and the hotel is on a quiet road right in the city centre. The staff were really nice. A mini fridge would have been the one thing I'd add.
