Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel Hotel

Tea was wonderful with our children and went above and beyond to make their stay special. The maître d’ at breakfast was incredibly welcoming too. In June, there was a real buzz around the hotel during the rolland garros tournament, and I’m fairly sure I spotted some players and former pros. We had a clean, spacious room with an Eiffel Tower view. The location is great for getting around, with access just a couple of minutes’ walk away. The hotel is close to the Seine and the water bus services, a lovely way to reach many of the main attractions quickly while taking in the views. Best of all, everyone on staff was warm and welcoming.

I paid in full for a Tower View room and had a confirmed reservation, but when I arrived, the hotel said it couldn’t give me the room I’d booked. My flight had been delayed, so I reached the hotel in the afternoon after my scheduled check-in date. They made me wait, and it soon became clear that my room had been given to someone else. Instead of taking responsibility, they called me a “no-show” and refused to refund me. I understand hotels have no-show policies, but if a guest has paid for a specific room, giving it away and then offering no compensation or reasonable solution is unfair. The staff showed little interest in fixing the situation. I paid for a room I never received, got no meaningful help, and felt completely ignored. This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. If your plans are disrupted by something outside your control, don’t expect understanding, flexibility, or fair treatment here. I’d urge travelers to think twice before booking.

Our room had a stunning view, and the location was so convenient, just steps from the Eiffel Tower and a few blocks from metro, bus, and train stops. Taxis were also waiting by the front door. Breakfast was a really good buffet, and Celine welcomed us warmly and showed us to our table. Check-in went smoothly, and a kind doorman greeted us. Maëlys at the front desk was friendly and respectful, made us feel welcome, and gave us chocolates since it was our first time in Paris. They also got us into our room before the usual check-in time, which we appreciated. Mohamed kindly brought our bags up. A 10/10 experience!

The Deluxe Eiffel Tower view room was stunning, and waking up to that view was unforgettable. A staff member surprised me with a personalized birthday balloon, and after dinner at the hotel restaurant downstairs, the team arranged a special photo moment for us on the exclusive 10th floor. We were celebrating my 50th birthday, and the welcome made the occasion feel special. We arrived early and were allowed to check into one room at no extra cost. A lovely receptionist also gave us a complimentary upgrade. I can’t recall the staff members’ names, but they were all amazing. Other people may have a different experience, but ours was smooth, comfortable, and really enjoyable. We’d definitely come back.
