Aparthotel Quartier Libre Marais

The apartment had a kitchen, which made it easy to have breakfast and lunch at home before going out. The beds were comfortable, even the pull-out sofa, and we were on the 6th floor. At night there was a view of the Eiffel Tower, a lovely little extra after exploring Paris. Quartier Libre Marais is very central, with a metro stop and grocery store close by, so getting around and picking up essentials was easy. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. I'd happily stay here again.

The gym was small, but I used it nearly every day. It had a pull-up bar, towels and tissues, and the equipment did the job for a quick workout. I only wish the dumbbells went above 10kg. The free laundry was a great perk too, with powder provided, and the room had a useful kitchen, a large fridge, a comfy bed, a lovely bathroom, and a balcony for sunny days. I can't comment on breakfast since I don't eat that early. I stayed for about 8 weeks between January and April, and the cleanliness was top notch. The staff were consistently polite, respectful, available, and never bothersome. They sometimes opened the door when I came back from work before I could enter my code, which was a lovely way to feel recognized. One receptionist who had started in January remembered my name in the system and was kind even when I interrupted her lunch. She said the hotel was like my new home, and after nearly two months, it really was. I wish her well and thank her for making my day. The location felt ideal, with a supermarket across the road, a pharmacy and lots of places to eat nearby. I think it took me about an hour to walk to the Eiffel Tower, and it was a lovely route through a really nice neighborhood. They use the space well, and I have no complaints. I stayed again when I returned, and would definitely come back if I'm in Paris.

When our daughter came down with a slight cold, having several pharmacies just steps away was especially helpful. The location was so convenient. Monoprix was right across the street for groceries, picnic supplies, French beauty products, and gifts. Réaumur–Sébastopol metro station was nearby, which made getting around easy. The lively neighborhood also felt safe and enjoyable to walk around. We booked about nine months ahead, and I was anxious about planning such a big trip and worried about scams with advance short-term rentals. One staff member patiently talked me through everything in French and English, and a follow-up email from management helped make the booking feel secure and smooth. We ended up in a quiet room with a small balcony overlooking the boulevard, trees, and classic Paris buildings, just the atmosphere we'd hoped for. The modern, bright apartment was impeccably clean and had all we needed. The beds were comfortable, and the room was quiet, which we really appreciated after a long flight and busy days exploring. We'd stay again without hesitation and recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, safe, well-located place in Paris.
