Elegant and exceptionally clean, Hotel Queen Mary is beautifully located. It lets you enjoy a sense of Paris history while still having the comforts of a 21st-century renovation.

We really like the Opera area as a place to stay in Paris, and this hotel has become our favorite. The location is great, the room was very clean, and the staff are very gentle.

The beds were uncomfortable for my wife and me, and we found the pillows too soft. The single beds had been pushed together to make a queen. Rooms in Australian hotels are much bigger for the same price, though perhaps we're spoiled. One other annoyance was the lack of milk for tea or coffee. Queen Mary provided tea and coffee, but no milk. Breakfast was good value, with enough choices for different tastes. The staff were excellent, helpful, friendly, and really pleasant. The room was nice and clean, especially the bathroom and toilet.

The room was cozy and had everything we needed, and we loved the view and the delicious breakfast. The location was super. Best of all were the reception staff, everyone was friendly, helpful, and lovely. We'll definitely come back.

Paris has no better location, and we had a great experience. Mrs chantal, the hotel manager, showed us a lot of support and appreciation. I believe it would be nice to come again and stay at Queen Mary.
