Breakfast had limited choices. Also, be aware that some rooms don't have escalator access, so you'll need to take the stairs. I was lucky to have Ahmed help carry my luggage both up and down. Check-in was smooth, and Gael and his concierge team, especially Ahmed and Gabin, were helpful from arranging the hotel pickup through the rest of my stay.

The view of the Eiffel Tower was stunning, and the hotel is about 10 minutes from the Trocadero. We were so glad we stayed here and will be back soon. It was one of the best hotel experiences we've had anywhere, and they made my son's first Parisian visit seamless. From the moment we arrived, the doormen and bellmen knew my name and treated my family like their own. A woman whose name I can't remember, though it started with C, checked us in and helped get our rooms sorted and the kids settled quickly. Kumar was also wonderful escorting us to our room. The bellmen were the friendliest we've met in all our travels. Emma and Ritchie at the bar were amazing. Emma went out of her way to find extra seats for us in the salon. Pauline arranged smooth car transfers to and from the airport. The breakfast staff, from the hostess to the servers, were superb, friendly, and served delicious food. American travelers, feel free to order an “Omelette au jambon et au fromage.” Thank you all. Bravo!

The place felt like a calm retreat in the middle of the city, and it was elegant, stylish, and immaculately kept. More than anything, though, the service stood out. From arrival through checkout, every interaction felt sincere and thoughtful, and we felt cared for throughout. We mentioned my wife's birthday, then a staff member tracked her down to give her a big hug and birthday greeting. It was such an unexpected, heartfelt touch and made the day even more special. The care and attention we received were unlike anything we've experienced elsewhere. This feels like our place now!

The hotel was very clean, with comfortable beds and a great breakfast selection. Staff were helpful, and it's centrally located. You can walk to Trocadéro for a view of the Eiffel Tour, and the Arc de Triomphe is about 10 minutes away on foot.

The hotel is spread across four buildings with a lovely garden in the middle. The location is perfect, and the staff were amazing and very helpful. The breakfast team even waited extra time for us to finish when we arrived late. The furniture in the rooms is a little old and could use replacing, but the rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable.
