That New Year’s morning in central Paris with my son, wandering out into those beautiful streets, is going to stay with me. The hotel made the trip feel easy, too, with the Champs-Élysées just around the corner and shops, restaurants, Metro stops, and major sights all close by. After long days exploring, and standing out in the cold on New Year’s Eve, coming back to that bed was the best. It was properly soft, warm, and cosy, one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve slept in. The spa was another lovely extra, quiet and clean, just right for unwinding before heading out again. We had a genuinely stunning stay. Comfort, atmosphere, and location all worked so well for us.

The room was bigger than I expected, and the bed was really comfortable. Everyone on staff was lovely, too. The hotel’s location made getting to sights and the Metro easy. I’ve been to Paris three times now, and this was my favourite hotel stay here. My husband and I spent six nights at the end of February. If I make it back to Paris, I’d happily stay here again.

What made our stay feel special was how personally the team looked after us. Everyone remembered our names and preferences, and their care felt genuine. The hotel itself has a lovely feel to it, and it’s a beautiful place to stay. Breakfast is worth making time for. There was salmon, excellent cheeses, fruit, and meats, and the chef even made a special dish just for us. Hotel Rochester Champs-Élysées served far more than the usual croissant-only hotel breakfast.

The location was just right for stepping out and exploring, just off the Champs-Élysées. Our room was clean and nicely presented, and the two balcony doors made it feel more spacious. Breakfast delivered to the room was delicious and good quality. The concierge was kind, attentive, and lovely. I did pay €35 for a few very small birthday balloons, though.

The beds were comfortable and the atmosphere peaceful, so we could properly rest between exploring the city. Breakfast was spectacular, and the amenities were top-notch. The location made it easy to see Paris, too. From arrival, the staff were welcoming and accommodating, with some of the best hospitality we’ve experienced. The setting was spotless, elegant, and full of charm, just right for our first Paris trip. Hotel Rochester helped us make memories we’ll keep for life, and we’re very grateful. We’d absolutely recommend it.
