The area was very quiet, and the beds were comfortable. Toiletries were provided, and there’s an Aldi just a few meters away. The hotel is also near metro lines 3 and 9, with the city center about 30 minutes away. The staff were kind and welcoming. A very comfortable stay, thank you!

There’s a tram stop right outside, and the staff were friendly and knew their stuff. The room had a TV and a small kitchen area with a fridge freezer, double hob, microwave, and kettle. The bed was large and comfortable, and towels were provided. The aparthotel was clean and tidy, close to local amenities, and came with free Wi-Fi. There was no air conditioning in the room, but an electric fan was supplied.

The price was very affordable for Paris, and the location couldn’t have worked better. It’s right by Aldi and close to two metro stations that go straight into the city. The apartment was modern and clean. I thought it was perfect.

We arrived this afternoon and have now been waiting in the lobby for two hours. Reception asked us to pay €80.55 in city tax, even though we had already paid the platform for the room, taxes, and fees. We were confused and contacted the platform, but they said they needed 24-48 hours. We decided to pay the city tax so we could get our room, but the employee was rude and refused to give us one. This is the worst experience we’ve ever had.
