I stayed there in May 2025 and am still owed a refund for two nights. The room was DISGUSTING and UNSAFE, which was unacceptable at €400 a night. I've messaged the owner several times, but the messages went unread. It really comes across as irresponsible and dishonest.

The owner was hospitable and fair, which mattered most to us. The apartment was well equipped, and it’s close to several metro lines, including the RER to Disney, plus cafes and restaurants.

There’s even a sushi place downstairs. The apartment itself was clean and roomy, and getting to the metro was easy.

For a short Paris stay, I’d recommend it. The apartment was nice, well located, and reasonably priced.
