The team at Hôtel Le Scribe Opéra made our stay special from start to finish. They were kind, attentive, and always one step ahead. For our wedding anniversary, they left chocolates and fruit in the room, and we even had a lovely view of the Eiffel Tower. After long days walking around Paris, having a drink in the bar’s cozy atmosphere, with such good service, was a perfect way to end the night. Our room was quiet, and the bed was so comfortable we woke up feeling like we were at home. We also liked the filtered water instead of plastic bottles. Breakfast was fantastic, with fresh food and delicious pastries. The team kept offering suggestions and topping up anything we’d finished, almost spoiling us with attention. The hotel itself is beautiful and so well located, just a few meters from Opéra metro station, close to bus stops, and right by Palais Garnier and Galeries Lafayette. We could walk almost everywhere. My husband and I loved it and would absolutely recommend Le Scribe to everyone.

It was my first official trip to Paris, and I got to enjoy the hospitality at Sofitel Scribe. The staff were always smiling and friendly, and did everything they could to make the stay comfortable and pleasant. A big shout-out to Aureliem for being so cheerful. Thanks so much to Anna and the rest of the team too. I never learned the concierge woman’s name, but she was always there to help and guide me. She was as good as a friend. A memorable stay, thank you all!

Clem in Concierge made a real difference with thoughtful suggestions and smooth arrangements. Guillaume and Felix at the Front Desk were warm and professional every time we saw them. And a special thank you to Tufan, who was wonderfully kind and attentive. He made time for real conversations and checked that we were having the best possible time in Paris. His hospitality made us feel welcome and valued day after day. Sofitel Le Scribe Paris Opéra is an elegant, refined hotel near the Opéra, in a great spot for exploring the city. The property is beautiful, but the team is what made the stay unforgettable. We highly recommend it and would gladly return.

The water filter was a standout. Its instructions were in the attached photo, and the water tasted better than any bottled mineral water I’ve bought in a supermarket. I also liked the twice-daily room cleaning and bed-making. The hotels I stayed at in France were all clean and comfortable, but this one stood out for its excellent Paris location.

Breakfast and the restaurant service were extraordinary, and every bellman we met was wonderful. A special thank-you to Valentina, Tilly, and Juan Carlos for their care, kindness, and excellent service. The front desk gave us a warm welcome too, and the bellman service was attentive throughout. We were in Paris for the first time and celebrating our 30th anniversary, which made the stay especially memorable. We couldn’t have picked a better place for such an important occasion. We’ll recommend the hotel to friends and family, and we’ll be back!
