Sofitel Paris Le Faubourg

Breakfast was amazing, with a great selection and warm, kind staff who were always ready to bring another cup of coffee. Our suite had plenty of room to spread out, and the bathtub was just what my daughter needed after long walks because she has arthritis. We really appreciated the hotel taking our request to heart. Every evening the room was made up beautifully, with extra water by the bed, and the beds were heavenly. Francesca greeted us and got our room ready even earlier than the early check-in time, which was a dream after a long overnight flight. She personally walked us to our lovely suite and couldn’t have been a warmer, kinder hostess. Her joie de vivre made us feel so welcome. Alex at the door was also incredibly helpful with all our bags and greeted us warmly. My daughter and I loved the stay last week. We never wanted to leave!

The only little inconvenience was that Uber sometimes left me at the corner, but it was just a few steps to the entrance and didn’t bother me. The location was perfect, and I loved my stay from the first day. As a first-time visitor to Paris, I felt lucky to be at the Sofitel Hotel. Miss Anna, if I have her name right, made check-in smooth and special. She was the sweetest, walked me to my room, helped with my luggage, and showed me the facilities once we were inside the beautiful room. I felt comfortable and welcome right away. The rest of the staff were so kind too, always greeting me with a smile. Their warmth and professionalism really stood out. I’ll definitely come back someday. We came on a business trip with a bit of family fun mixed in, and brought our teen daughter to Paris for the first time. The hotel is conveniently placed for everything, on a quiet side street where we felt safe and secure. The staff met every need and then some. I can’t say enough about how amazing the whole team was. We didn’t want to leave.

The staff were so thoughtful, especially with my daughter. They even offered her breakfast options that weren’t on the menu. Our room was really spacious, with a gorgeous bathroom, and the hotel was handy for the metro and all the great shops. We had an excellent stay and would happily return.
