From the Seine and Louvre view from our room to the old-world charm, the hotel made for a lovely, comfortable stay. The service was impeccable and friendly, and everything was spotless. We didn’t try the breakfast, though it looked gorgeous, but had made-to-order coffee each morning in the beautiful lounge. They left chocolates or other treats as a turndown touch, and our room was cleaned and restocked daily. The concierge arranged our cabs to and from the hotel. The service was impeccable, and the price was fair.

Our top-floor superior room had a wonderful view of the Seine, and the window opened so we could take great pictures. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and it wasn’t especially noisy even though the street gets some traffic. Individual Clarins products and little chocolates on arrival were a nice touch. The staff were very friendly, and I loved the location. The air conditioning wasn’t as good as I’m used to in the US, and the robes and slippers felt a bit uncomfortable. I’d book again.

We had two rooms facing the Seine for three nights with my two sons. The location is ideal for exploring the 6th, and it’s easy to cross the bridge to the other side of the river. The rooms and bathrooms look brand new after a recent renovation, with charming decor, comfortable beds and pillows, and very little noise despite being on the main road. The price felt fair for the location, cleanliness, and comfort. The rooms are tiny, though. Two people sharing one is a real squeeze, with barely enough space around the beds and no proper closet space for two. Service was mixed, some staff were really nice while others were dismissive. Both rooms had AC problems; staff said they couldn’t fix them. The stuffiness affected our stay, and we couldn’t leave the windows open overnight because of the noise. For a four-star hotel, I’d expect timely turndown and housekeeping, as well as complimentary water. Instead, a small bottle costs 5 Euros, and we often had to remind them to do the housekeeping.

The room was beautiful, and the staff were incredibly helpful. This small hotel is on the left bank, which is much more peaceful. It’s directly across the river from the Louvre, with quaint lanes nearby leading to great restaurants and authentic little shops.

The rooms look brand new and are beautiful and clean, and the food was amazing. The view of the Louvre and the Seine River is perfect, and the staff are very attentive. Nadim is great to talk to. It’d be even better if the TV had Netflix and YouTube, or let guests connect an Apple TV.
