We mostly needed a place to sleep and shower between exploring Paris, and the room did the job. It was on the small side, but tidy and clean. There are lots of Indian restaurants nearby, including a few fully vegetarian places within about 1.5 km, which was a real plus. The hotel is also handy for both metro and bus stations, and we had a pleasant stay.

The walls are incredibly thin. I could hear the people next door shifting in bed, plugging in a charger, and even setting a glass down on a table. There was no road noise, at least, but be ready to hear your neighbors. The area feels rough at night. The place itself is clean and modern, from the spacious lobby to the rooms, and the people were nice. They offer free coffee and water, and the staff were super friendly. For the price it’s a bargain, as long as you can live with the noise through the walls.

The receptionists were nice, and I liked the lobby and breakfast. The hotel is well placed near the metro, but the area had a bad atmosphere, with lots of strange people who seemed homeless hanging around. I didn’t feel safe there. Inside, it was really uncomfortable: the bed was small and the mattress broken, and the room was too noisy for us to sleep. The elevator creaked loudly all night as people came back. I’d only suggest it to people who drink shots all night and can fall asleep anyway. :)

Louise at the desk made our stay even better than expected. She was charming, very helpful, and clearly cared about our comfort. We had a spacious room for three with a great shower, plenty of hot water, and good pressure. The hotel felt clean and modern, and the room was comfortable. There’s breakfast, a bar, seating where you can relax, plus free coffee and tea in the lobby. It was an unexpected little gem at an affordable price. I recommend it.

Louise at reception was kind and helpful, and the hotel was quiet, a nice place to recharge. I spent three nights there and had a perfect stay. It’s close to Montmartre, a lovely neighborhood for dinner and winding down at the end of the day. I’ll definitely come back on my next trip.
