The only issue was the WiFi, which was very weak. Otherwise, the room was a good size, clean, and had a comfortable bed. Reception staff were nice and friendly, and there are two metro stations nearby with lots of restaurants, bars, and shops around. I’ll definitely stay again.

We were very pleased with the hotel during our two nights in Paris on a road trip from Switzerland. Parking was our main concern since many Paris hotels don’t have their own spaces. Timhotel has secure private parking behind an electric gate that locks the entrance to both the hotel and parking area, which made us feel safe arriving by car in a busy city. Be sure to reserve a space in advance. We called before booking, and the staff member was very friendly and helpful. Arriving went smoothly. The room was compact, but fine for two people. We knew what we’d booked, so we don’t understand some guests’ complaints. It’s a city hotel, not a holiday resort, and had everything a proper city hotel should offer. The location was the best part: plenty of restaurants right downstairs, a lively neighbourhood, and the Paris nightlife feeling we loved. Highly recommended, especially if you’re driving.

The room was spacious, clean, and modern, and the bathroom was huge. It had both a shower and a bath, with the toilet in a separate room. My small complaints were the breakfast and the lack of a bar or restaurant. Breakfast was all you could eat, but had little choice and seemed expensive at €17p/p. After a long day walking, it would be nice to sit in the hotel lobby. That’s probably picky, though, since there are plenty of restaurants in the area.

I got a room early in the morning when I arrived, which meant I could sleep for a bit before heading out to explore Paris. It’s a budget hotel, so the room is very small and you shouldn’t expect much, but my experience was exceptional. Thanks for making my Paris trip perfect!
