Too Hotel & Spa Paris - MGallery Collection

We spent New Year at TOO Hotel and had an amazing stay. Chef de brigade Alyssia Blachon was so kind and gave such excellent service that she made the visit especially memorable. Thank you! Our room had a perfect view, and we loved our time in Paris. TOO Hotel is a great choice for a couple’s stay.

The building has a futuristic look, and the property is right by a tram stop. The nearest metro / train station is a 10-minute walk, and I could get to Eiffel Tower in about 40 minutes, which is good for Paris. My room was bright, comfortable, and nice, and I really appreciated the Nespresso coffee machine. I could even see Eiffel Tower from bed. Breakfast was all right, served at Too Restaurant, which has a great city view. The rooftop bar is worth checking out for a drink. Thanks to miss Alix for organizing my stay so well!

We were eventually moved to another room, but it was smaller, and nobody offered to help with our bags even though I was clearly sick. By then, I had a fever, dizziness, and a runny nose. It was my birthday, and being ill completely spoiled my day at Disneyland. We had spent the first night in room 2007 with the air-conditioning not working at all, so the room was extremely cold and we barely got any rest. I told the front desk right away. The staff member said she would check, but never got back to us. We waited in the cold, then left a note in the room the next morning asking them to fix it. When we came back that evening, nothing had changed and we still hadn't heard anything. This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I've had. The lack of communication, responsibility, and basic service affected both my health and my trip. I think the hotel needs to take another look at its service standards.

We were a little way out from the centre, but transport and other amenities were right nearby. The rooftop bar had great views, a fun atmosphere, and good music. Our room on the 23rd floor had a terrace and an amazing view too. Reception staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and really helpful, and breakfast had lots of choice with attentive staff.
