Triplex Place d'Italie

The staff were some of the warmest and friendliest I've ever met. They deserve a raise, congratulations to them. The location is perfect and the place was clean. The air conditioning was average, and the bathroom was one of the smallest I've seen, making a proper shower difficult. They should add in-room safes, as seems common in three-star hotels these days.

The room and bathroom were small, but we had a pleasant stay. The hotel is very close to the metro, several bus routes and the Latin Quarter. Having indoor parking with a direct link to the hotel was useful. I booked the first night online, then asked the next day to stay three more nights. I was assured the same rate would apply, but they charged me much more. I'd advise booking or extending online only, and avoiding arrangements through reception.

It's across from a mall and close to place d’italie, in a semi-modern district that doesn't have the feel of a classic Parisian building. Still, plenty of popular spots are quite close by metro or bus.

We were greeted by friendly staff when we arrived. The parking lot was full, but they helped us make other arrangements and saved us from getting a hefty ticket. The rooms were clean, comfortable and looked nice, and the metro station is right down the street, less than a five-minute walk away. It's affordable and a great deal, so I'm glad we stayed here in Paris and would book it again on my next trip. Thanks to Patricia for making checkout so pleasant with your kindness.
