La Villa des Ternes Hotel

As a travel agent, I can recommend this place for a short stay in central Paris. My partner and I were greeted by a friendly receptionist who spoke good English. The rooms were a good size, with comfy beds, and the bathroom was clean with an amazing shower. The amenities were great, too, and extras such as towels, toothpaste, and toothbrushes were available if needed.

I got a very good deal on Agoda, and this hotel was a lovely big surprise. The room was SUPER clean and tidy, and the A/C was the best I've ever had in a Paris hotel, especially welcome in the summer heat. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was an unforgettable stay, and I'd definitely return. The only thing I'd change is keeping the lobby lights on 24/7. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

We added another night for two rooms because of a medical issue, then realised we didn't need them after all. When I explained that to the front desk, they were brusque and wouldn't discuss a refund.

I travel for work and often have the option of choosing other hotels, but I keep coming back to Villa Des Ternes. The location and rooms are very good, and everything feels clean and welcoming. The French breakfast is better than anyone could ask for. The people are the real reason, though. The woman in charge of breakfast, whose name I'm sorry I forgot, is so nice and makes you feel she's there to give you the best service. Everyone at reception is excellent, welcoming, attentive, helpful, and smiling. Marie and Camille especially put in every effort to make you feel comfortable and at home.
