10/10
The location made getting around Paris easy, with many sights within walking distance and public transport just steps away. What really stood out, though, was the staff at the W Paris. From the person at the door to the reception team and breakfast staff, everyone was friendly and seemed well trained. Whatever we asked for, they found a way to help. I’m not easily impressed, but they went beyond what I expected. We’ll definitely stay here on our next visit.

The rooms were some of the most beautiful I’ve seen, and the hotel is right in the center of things. You can walk to a lot or take an easy subway ride. The team was great to deal with, and the service had lots of thoughtful touches. Highly recommend.

The room was comfortable, and the AC worked well during the hot summer. Front desk staff were exceptional, though housekeeping was terrible. When I asked to have the sheets changed, the man who came said they had no extras. I raised it through the Marriott Bonvoy app, and the manager took care of it right away. Cool, trendy hotel, but that housekeeping response was frustrating.

The concierge has given us nothing but excellent recommendations, and the room has been quiet with no street noise. The bed is good too. Rooms are small but serviceable, with a funky design. Front desk service has been hit or miss. The location is the main reason to stay here, and it is a W, but otherwise, meh.

The breakfast buffet was delicious, and they also lend guests a phone with service for free during the stay, which was phenomenal. The location is terrific and makes it easy to get around. Staff were super friendly and helpful, and made the visit feel extra special. Loved this hotel!
