Hôtel Williams Opéra

We were stuck with a nonrefundable room, and I was worried about getting bedbugs. The place felt old, dirty, creepy, cold, and dark, with dust everywhere and cobwebs in a corner. The bathroom light was broken, and the hallways were so dark we needed our phone flashlights to get through. Staff were rude, and they said there was no management. For this price, go somewhere else. I’d had a great stay at Hotel London before this, but this hotel ruined the experience. I want it investigated and shut down. This is a scam and unhygienic. I absolutely do not recommend it.

There’s a park right across the street, and my son loved playing there. The metro stations are close too, and we could even walk to some major attractions. We also had plenty of bakeries, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby. I stayed at Hôtel Williams Opéra with my son and we had a lovely time. The staff were helpful and let us check in early, which was much appreciated after a long flight. Our room wasn’t large, but it was clean, practical, and had what we needed. Great value for the price, and I’d stay again with my little one.

The staff were nice, and breakfast was good. The location might be the one redeeming point, but I can’t recommend the hotel. The room was deplorable: nothing worked properly, including the outlets and shower cabin. The ceiling looked as if it might fall, the lights didn’t work, there was a strong mold smell, and it was noisy. I’ve never given a one-star review before, but this place only deserves one.

We paid €80 a night, which felt very reasonable. The room was small but clean, with a lovely view of the park across the street. There was parking nearby and restaurants close by too. We skipped breakfast since there were so many options down the street. Not bad. Merci!
