WHO - Windsor Hotel Opera

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Windsor Opera. La Parisienne bakery, just a four-minute walk away, became our breakfast spot every day. There are also lots of cafes, restaurants, shops, and metro stations within five minutes on foot. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and spoke excellent English. Our rooms were small, as expected in central Paris, but very clean and comfortable. A charming boutique hotel in a central area.

Some rooms don’t get much natural light, so you might want to call ahead and ask for one facing the street. The street is very quiet, and we slept fine. At check-in, Phillip at the front desk was so nice and helpful, and gave us great tips about the area. There are lots of good restaurants nearby. We especially liked brigade du Tigre around the corner, but make a reservation!

After checking out, I realized I’d left behind a bag with important medication and tablets. The staff handled it quickly and professionally, and returned the bag within four days with every item intact. I’m so grateful for their honesty and care. I had a wonderful stay at the WHO Windsor Hotel Opera. The hotel itself has a stylish, comfortable feel, and my room was spotless, well maintained, and had everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The team were warm, friendly, and knew their stuff. They went out of their way to help with directions, recommendations, and reservations. The location is ideal, with charming restaurants and bakeries just steps away and major train stations within easy walking distance. It made getting around Paris easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend it, and I’ll definitely be back.

The room was bigger than I expected for Paris and very clean. The staff were lovely, polite, and friendly. The hotel sits down a side street, so it’s fairly quiet, while bars, cafes, and restaurants are just a short walk away, along with great public transport connections. A fantastic little gem. I’d happily stay here again.
