The bedroom was quiet, and overall the place was clean. It had a modern bathroom, plus plenty of options for basic cooking, and the area felt safe for two women travelling. The location was great, within walking distance of lots of Paris highlights. We paid 330€ for three nights, which felt fair for a low price. I’d say it’s good enough for up to three days. The sheets weren’t fully clean, with old stains and a few hairs. The fan couldn’t be used unless the light was on, which is absurd. There was no view and not much daylight, since the window faced a wall. Noise in the corridor carried whenever people came and went, so the room wasn’t soundproof enough.

My wife booked this appartment through Booking.com for last September 25. The apartment was tiny and horrible, and its condition was unacceptable. There was no bed linen, large stains on the mattress and towels, hair and soap residue in the shower and sink, leftover food, dust everywhere, and cracks in the wall. The second bedroom was so narrow that it barely fit a small bed, with no room between the bed and the walls. It felt completely claustrophobic and wasn’t suitable for adults. We contacted the company immediately to cancel and asked for a full refund because of the dirt and the non existing room for 3 adults. We had to find alternative accommodation through Airbnb at our own expense. We’re disputing the charges to recover our money. The advertising photos are misleading and don’t reflect reality, check the pics attached. It was a deeply disappointing experience that ruined our holidays. Don’t be scammed. We’re still waiting for Booking.com, PayPal, or the company itself to take responsibility and issues a full refund. I have extensive photo evidence. It was simply uninhabitable.

The construction right outside the hotel went on loudly through the night from my first night, so I couldn’t sleep and was sleep-deprived for the whole stay. I was there for an international conference, and it completely undermined my reason for coming and performing at my best. The fan only works if all the main lights are left on. In this heat, that meant choosing between sweating in silence and trying to sleep under blazing lights. I contacted the hotel several times through their WhatsApp number and Booking.com messaging, the only channels they offer. They made vague promises about reaching management and even called once, only to repeat the same assurances. A full week passed with no fix, follow-up, or accountability. Booking.com also confirmed that the hotel completely ignored its request to respond to my complaint. This was the worst hotel experience of my life. Poor communication, no resolution, and no regard for guests’ well-being. I’d strongly urge anyone considering it to look elsewhere.

The sewer smell in the bathroom was awful, and after the way they handled our other complaints, I didn't even bother reporting it. We were a group of eight staying two nights in the first week of July, when it was 101 degrees both days. There was no air conditioning, and the ceiling fans were wired to the lights, so switching off the lights also switched off our only source of air. We could turn off the fan lights, but not the lights in the kitchen or little sitting area, so we had to sleep with those on. Our apartment for three could have been nice, but the layout gave our 12-year-old control over whether my husband and I had privacy. We slept in what seemed to be the old living room, with no door and curtains on her side. Her small bedroom had room for a twin bed and a closet, and a door and curtains separated it from the main bedroom. The TV had only five channels, all in French. There was no elevator, so we hauled luggage up four flights of stairs. Customer service was horrible. I spoke to three people; the third hung up on me and didn't try to call back. When I called again, no one would answer. We were willing to lose our money and find a hotel for the second night, but couldn't find anywhere else. We hadn't known it was Fashion Week or something. It was horrible. Don't stay here.
